Our mobile notaries are available and trained to contact us/broker/lender/title company, should any problems arise at the signing table. We follow up every closing with a comment sheet that allows the borrowers and the notary to comment on any aspect of their closing experience.
Once your order is placed, Trans State Closers will assign a Signing Agent promptly, and will notify you via email or fax with a confirmation.

Status of your closing is provided in a format of your choice, Report, Email, or Fax on the morning following the day of closing.
Transactions assigned to Trans State Closers are confidential and are not
used other than in connection with the acts and services performed through
your order.
